The Metaorganism Symposia are held every 3-4 months, each focusing on a distinct metaorganism topic of current interest. These events feature guest speakers alongside contributions from CRC 1182 young scientists (doctoral candidates and postdocs) and principal investigators, and always conclude with a social event. Designed to encourage in-depth discussions within the CRC 1182 community and foster innovative ideas, the symposia also aim to involve young scientists more deeply by integrating them into the organization of these events.
