CRC 1182 Retreat 2022: Impressions

The 9th CRC 1182 Retreat was held as a live event from October 24-26 at the hotel Waldschlösschen in Schleswig. In a highly productive and inspiring event, our members were very happy to discuss their science and future directions for the next funding phase of the center. A special highlight this year was a very lively and even entertaining roundtable discussion between some of our junior researchers and the members of the scientific advisory board. Also, we took the opportunity to have another interview with long time advisor Margaret McFall-Ngai on future directions of the metaorganism field. Both sessions were recorded and will be published soon to the video section of our website.
